Denise McCarthy

Before Denise McCarthy became the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Sapphire Marketing, she was a medical office director with over 25 years of experience working with South Bay Neurological, Inc. and Neurology Now, Inc. Denise specializes in managing and coordinating all administrative matters, business development, and maintaining a highly productive and efficient work environment. Denise is responsible for the day-to-day operation within Sapphire Marketing and handles all of the event day logistics for Sapphire’s private in-person events and large-scale concerts under the Soul-Cal Experience Brand. She oversees new hires and facilitates all interdepartmental meetings. Denise is a powerful leader in the workplace and uses her cheerful outlook, strong work ethic, and encouraging nature to help others succeed. Since joining the Sapphire Marketing team, efficiency has improved by 55%. Denise helps with building relationships with women’s organizations and community stakeholders. Denise is the mother of two adult children, a son and a daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working out, dancing, listening to podcasts, and going to concerts with family and friends.
