Robert Daniels
Creative Director
Sapphire Marketing, Inc.
Robert Daniels was born in Las Vegas, Nev., and raised in San Bernardino, Calif. Daniels is the Creative Director for Sapphire Marketing, Inc. and is a consummate creator. He is a writer, public relations professional, referee of four sports, and web designer. Daniels began his professional writing career at 16 when he co-founded a music magazine called PHAT!, which was published in Riverside, Calif. But he cut ties when he went off to college a year later. He has written for four different Black-owned newspapers, with his longest stints being with the Precinct Reporter in San Bernardino and The Arizona Informant Newspaper in Phoenix. Daniels has always stayed with African-American news outlets in his career because he believes the community needs the news to be honest, clear, and effectively written. He would later become the Editor-in-chief of a magazine in Phoenix, Ariz., called PUB (People’s Underground Beat) Magazine in 1999. Fast forward 23 years, and Daniels, began producing websites and business peripherals for friends and family members. A burgeoning expert in WordPress and the newly developed Wix Studio, Daniels has become quite prolific with web design and logo creation. Robert also publishes books, designs apparel, and produces music.
In his downtime, Daniels loves writing and performing poetry and music (under the moniker FlipSide Poetry), working with youth, and spending time with his ten-year-old daughter.
